Terms
  1. Our fee is $75.00 to pick up your computer, repair it, and deliver it to you. Computer parts are extra.
  2. Pick-up will be at the time you request on this form. If the driver cannot make your requested time, the driver will call you.
  3. If a driver shows up and no one is there, there will be an additional $5.00 fee to request a 2nd pick-up.
  4. If false information is given, the address, telephone number, and email address go on our "Do not pick-up list".
  5. *** ALL online requests are followed-up by a telephone call. If there is no answer at the number provided, the driver will not show up.
  6. We do not accept checks. We accept cash, major credit card, or email interac money transfers.
  7. Payment must be received at the time of delivery.
  8. Drivers are NOT technicians and cannot fix your computer onsite.
  9. Drivers will not disconnect or hook up your computer for you.
  10. The computer must be ready to be taken when the driver shows up.
  11. If a driver is made to wait 15 minutes or more when picking up a computer, and additional $5.00 fee will be applied.
